License stays active until end of the period you paid for. After that, the dashboard reverts to the free tier on next launch. Your tuning history, device list, and CSV logs stay where they are — they live on your local disk, not ours.
Unlimited miners. The 5-activation limit is on desktop installs (Mac, Windows, or Umbrel) — each install can poll as many Bitaxes as you have on its LAN. So one license easily covers a small home lab, a shop PC, a laptop, an Umbrel home server, and a friend's setup you're helping tune — with zero limit on the number of Bitaxe miners under any of those.
If you genuinely need more than 5 installs, email and we'll work it out. You can also revoke an activation from the customer portal anytime to free a slot.
Multi-model support is on the roadmap as a free-tier feature, not Pro. Right now everything's calibrated for the BM1370 (Gamma). When Supra/Ultra land, they ship for free and Pro users get the same.
Not yet. The 14-day refund window is the trial for v1.0 of Pro — try it, refund if it doesn't fit.
Free tier has zero phone-home. Pro phones home only to validate your license — one HTTPS POST containing your license key, on app launch and once a week thereafter. No hashrate, no tuning data, no device info ever leaves your network.
